2 bedrooms, some with utilities paid, range from $780-$825-$850-$900 and up to $1100 and they are nice places and usually $50 to $100 or more below what other places out there for rent.

3 bedrooms, some with utilities paid, range from $1300 to $1800

Single family homes range from $1500 to $2000 per month

Majority of our new move in's are from our waiting list. When places are near ready, there is a mass email or text that goes out based on the desires of what people are looking for in a rental. This will save you hours in trying to find a place to call home.

If you're looking for a one bedroom and you request a one bedroom, you won't see two bdrm's coming your way in a text or email, just one bedrooms.
