1 bedrooms, some with utilities paid, range from $725 to $850
2 bedrooms, some with utilities paid, range from $780-$825-$850-$900 and up to $1300 and they are nice places and usually $50 to $100 or more below what other places out there for rent.
3 bedrooms, some with utilities paid, range from $1300 to $1800
Single family homes range from $1500 to $2000 per month
Larger homes $2300 to $4000 and up. We do have rules...
No smoking, No vaping, No drinking ages 18 to 30 above
30 is ok. Why? past poor behaviors in this age group with
tenant complaints in this age group has made this a
permanent policy today.
No Disgusting Housekeeping Issues. If we need booster
shots before doing maintenance, its best to find a
different landlord, there are a lot of them out there.
No late night parties or noise after
10 PM to 7 AM
No Co-signing
Can not sell contract
We give out applications when showing the place.
We do not allow trailers, boats, campers, tents
etc., except for automobiles.
Max number of WORKING automobiles is 2 and
no parking on street because they end up on the
property during the winter.
No mechanical work on automobiles
No hobbie craft working that fills
the parking stalls or makes a glue
mess in the rental.
No yard sales.
We do not monitor Facebook messenger

text or email, just one bedrooms.
